The 35 minutes on the treadmill was a bit more difficult today. Can I blame this on the lower body exercises yesterday or, the more likely self-realization, that I haven't been putting as much time and effort into the treadmill as I'd originally planned? Seems that the old habit of making mental excuses still continues.
Waiting for the day when I awaken and feel excited or eager to go to the gym.........
On a very positive note, Jim prepared a wonderful WW 8-point breakfast that included proteins and bread as well as a big glass of milk. Now to just stay on track ALL day even though he is working tonight.
